Telehealth therapy across Ohio
Licensed statewide. Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Dayton, Akron, Athens, and everywhere in between.
I'm based in Columbus and licensed throughout Ohio, so I can work with you wherever you are in the state.
If the therapist you need isn't in your town
This is the real reason telehealth matters here. In a lot of Ohio, finding a therapist who is genuinely fluent in trans and queer experience, non-monogamy, or psychedelics means finding nobody, or finding one person who isn't taking clients. People drive an hour each way, or settle for someone they have to educate first, or don't go.
You're not limited to whoever happens to practice nearby.
Does therapy work over video?
Yes, and the research on this is solid: outcomes for individual therapy delivered by video are comparable to in-person for most presentations, including trauma work.
What you need
A private hour, a device with a camera, and a decent connection. Many people use their car, a closed office, or headphones in a room where someone else is home. If privacy at home is genuinely hard, tell me and we'll work around it.
Practical: 60-minute sessions, individually or with partners. Sliding scale. English or Spanish.
The first step is a conversation.
The first step is a 30-minute consultation, $25, credited toward your first session if we go ahead. A chance to get a feel for each other and whether this is a good fit.
